We collect only the information necessary to process your order and provide access to your products.
- Required for EU compliance: your name, city, and country.
- Optional: telephone number, address, and postal code (for invoicing purposes only).
- Login data: account credentials (email + password), and IP address for licensing and security.
- Marketing (optional): if you opt in at checkout, we may email you about new products. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email.
All personal data is used solely to:
- Fulfill purchases
- Deliver digital goods
- Maintain your account and license access
- Comply with tax regulations
2. Data Retention & Removal
We keep your data as long as required for administrative, legal, or licensing reasons. If you wish to have your account and personal data deleted or anonymized, please contact us via support@psylus.nl.
3. Contact Forms
If you contact us through a form or email, we retain your message in our email system. Once no longer needed, these messages are deleted.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate your user account:
- Login cookies: stored for 2 days (or 2 weeks if “Remember Me” is checked)
- Display settings cookies: stored for 1 year
- These cookies are deleted when you log out.
We do not use marketing, behavioral, or advertising cookies.
5. Embedded Media
We embed YouTube videos to demonstrate our products. These are videos we created and licensed to YouTube. We do not track viewers or collect personal data from embedded media.
6. Analytics
We use Google Analytics with anonymized IP tracking enabled. This helps us understand how users interact with our site and improve our webshop experience. No personally identifiable data is collected or shared.
7. Who We Share Data With
We only share data with trusted third-party service providers where strictly necessary:
- Payment processing: Mollie Netherlands B.V. and affiliated third-party payment providers based on your payment method of choice.

- Web hosting: our private Dutch-based server infrastructure
All providers are GDPR-compliant and only receive the data required to deliver their services.
